A well respected Lloyd's broker have an exciting new opening for a Claims Advocate within their Financial Lines team.
In this exciting role, you will be primarily responsible for the management, strategy and process for the notification, agreement, collection and successful settlement of a portfolio of Financial Lines claims. This will include Professional Indemnity, D&O and Crime claims. You will be liaising with clients, placement teams, specialists, network offices, underwriters and appointed authorities (loss adjusters, lawyers etc).
Applicants should have a good knowledge of Financial Lines claims, (D&O and/or PI claims) coverage analysis with the confidence to coordinate and initiate discussions with our networks, clients, underwriters and experts. A good understanding of ECF would be advantageous. Applicants with a claims background in either a Lloyd's broker, MGA or Insurer/Syndicate would be considered.
