My client, a leading Lloyd’s Syndicate, is seeking a motivated and detail-driven Assistant Underwriter to join their underwriting team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop underwriting expertise within a highly respected market, working alongside experienced underwriters in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will support the full underwriting process, including reviewing submissions, preparing documentation, maintaining accurate risk data, and liaising with brokers and internal stakeholders. You will contribute to portfolio analysis and underwriting decisions while gaining exposure to complex risks within the Lloyd’s market.
This role would suit someone with strong numerical and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in underwriting.
