Client Executive – Leicester
An established and growing insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced Client Executive to join their team in Leicester. This role offers the chance to work with a varied portfolio of commercial clients, providing tailored insurance solutions and exceptional service.
The Role
As a Client Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with a range of commercial clients. You will work alongside dedicated Account Managers and Claims Managers to ensure clients receive the highest standards of service throughout the policy lifecycle.
Key duties include:
- Overseeing renewals, securing competitive cover, and ensuring documentation accuracy.
- Handling mid-term adjustments, quotations, and policy queries.
- Liaising with clients and insurers to deliver professional advice and solutions.
- Supporting client visits at renewal and mid-term stages to strengthen relationships.
- Monitoring market conditions and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company procedures.

- Strong background in commercial insurance, with experience in a client-facing role.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client and insurer relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
