I have partnered with my client who is a London market wholesale broker. They are expanding their Property division and seeking an experienced North American Property Broker to help place and grow a ready-made pipeline of business through a global network.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of client and prospect businesses, including their risks, opportunities, and key issues.
- Identify appropriate markets and create placing strategies to deliver optimal outcomes for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with London and international underwriters, ensuring competitive terms and market engagement at a senior level.
- Work with account executives and sales teams to design, price, and structure conceptual programmes that meet client needs.
- Lead complex negotiations and manage senior relationships to secure best-in-class placements.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with FCA requirements and AG London’s internal governance standards.
- Work with internal teams, including technicians and operations, to ensure smooth placement and exceptional service.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record in London market North American property broking or underwriting.
- ACII qualified or working towards ACII is preferred but not essential.
- In-depth knowledge of the insurance market and property products.
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior relationships and negotiate complex placements.
