The RoleManaging and developing a portfolio of specialty commercial insurance clients
Acting as the primary client relationship lead, delivering high-touch, advisory-led service
Designing and placing complex insurance programmes within your specialist area
Working closely with senior stakeholders, insurers, and internal broking teams
Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and through new business activity
Contributing to the wider development of the specialty practice
Depending on experience, the role can be weighted towards client management, portfolio growth, or new business origination.
About YouWe are keen to speak with individuals who can demonstrate:
Proven experience as an Account Executive / Client Executive within the insurance market
Strong technical knowledge in one or more specialty insurance lines
Experience handling mid to large corporate / complex risks
A consultative, client-first approach with strong relationship-building skills
Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities
ACII qualification (or working towards) preferred but not essential
