The Candidate

You will be an experienced company secretarial professional with a strong grounding in insurance or financial services.

Key requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance, regulatory frameworks, and board processes
  • Experience engaging with UK and/or European regulators (e.g. Companies House, FCA, PRA, Lloyd’s, CBI)
  • Excellent written communication skills, particularly in minute taking and board materials preparation
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proactive, professional, and confident working with senior stakeholders

A CILEx qualification (or equivalent legal/paralegal training) is preferred.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative Legal & Compliance team in a role offering broad exposure, autonomy, and real impact across European operations.
