Insurance Technician / Broker Support Technician
Fully Remote | Flexible Hours | Full-Time or 3 Days Per Week
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist insurance brokerage within the London market, seeking an experienced Insurance Technician / Broker Support professional to join their team.
This role would suit someone with previous experience in:
- Insurance technician roles
- Broker backup / broking support
- Credit control
- Lloyd’s market administration
- Marine or specialty insurance
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting brokers with day-to-day administration
- Processing policy documentation, endorsements and renewals
- Liaising with underwriters and broker partners
- Monitoring outstanding premiums and assisting with credit control
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting operational processes
Requirements
- Previous insurance brokerage experience
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
