We're working with a growing and forward-thinking insurer that's looking for a Product Manager to join its team in Shoeburyness. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a few years' insurance experience who enjoys working across products, policy wordings, underwriting and compliance, and wants a role with plenty of variety and exposure.

You'll be working alongside Product, Underwriting, Pricing and Compliance teams, helping to develop and improve insurance products, keep documentation up to date and make sure products continue to deliver good outcomes for customers.

• Supporting the development and ongoing improvement of insurance products.
• Reviewing and updating policy wordings and customer documentation.
• Helping with product governance and fair value reviews.
• Working with Underwriting and Pricing teams to monitor product performance.
• Building relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Getting involved in a wide range of product-related projects as the business continues to grow.

We're open to people from a range of insurance backgrounds. You might currently work in:

• Product
• Underwriting
• Policy Wordings
• Compliance
• Product Governance

Ideally, you'll have around 3-5 years' experience in the insurance market and be keen to broaden your knowledge across different areas of the business. If you've had exposure to product development, policy wordings or working with different stakeholders, we'd love to hear from you.

• Salary up to £55,000
• Hybrid working with 2-3 days a week in the Shoeburyness office.
