An exciting opportunity has opened with our client, a well-established Lloyd’s underwriting business who are recruiting for dedicated and reliable Operational Services Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Operational Services Manager the Operational Services Analyst will play an integral role in providing support for the underwriting business.
Key duties will include, but not be limited to, assisting with the management of outsourcing contracts in relation to risk capture, unique signing message processing, Pre-binding Quality Assurance, reviewing, monitoring and improving procedures and processes associated with procedure manuals, providing technical assistance to the teams both internally and externally while providing training and answering queries, preparation of reports, system testing, reviewing daily movements, liaising with underwriting teams and arranging correcting actions, reviewing credit control and broker ledger, liaising with underwriters and brokers in relation to notice of cancellation, compiling the monthly Underwriting Administration Statistics report, reviewing the service level agreements and performing event coding and banking.
Applicants must have 2 or more years’ experience within the Insurance industry, preferably Lloyd’s insurance experience. Credit control experience is an advantage but not essential.
