Our City based client have a new opportunity for a Claims TPA Manager. Within this particular client, the use of a range of Third-Party Service providers is central in the delivery of their overall claims proposition. The role of Claims TPA Manager is pivotal to ensuring that these service providers are managed as an extension of their team, consistently maintaining high standards of performance. You will work with a range of partners across multiple geographies and disciplines to ensure that they are effectively managed, resulting in optimum delivery of overall performance. Your skills and experience will also be central to the ongoing development of their service model, providing input and insight to decision making in relation to future service provision.
Applicants should have strong claims relationship management skills and have prior TPA liaison experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
Management of the Delegated Authority Framework, including TPA relationship & performance management oversight.
Undertaking the onboarding process for any new TPAs that the acquires that attach to a legacy portfolio. This will include undertaking a due diligence process and updating existing contracts where required to ensure we have the sufficient oversight.
Ensuring the delivery of contractual obligations and performance standards by these providers, through regular interaction and supervision.
Working with TPA’s to ensure compliance with the company best practice claims handling processes and procedures.
Management of the TPA Audit Framework, to include audit scheduling, scoping and ensuring subsequent action plans are issued and adhered to by the TPAs following the Audit.
