A brilliant opportunity for a dynamic individual to become an Office Manager with this boutique Lloyd's Broker. You need to be currently working in insurance in a similar position or have previously worked in insurance as a Team Secretary/ Assistant or Office Manager.
You will responsible for but not limited to:
- Dealing with TOBAs; have an understanding of compliance
- understanding debit and credit notes in order to update the system
- writing policies and procedures
- producing insurance reports and supporting the broking team
- dealing with insurance suppliers
