Position: HR Coordinator 
Salary: Up to £33,000 + great package 
Location: Birmingham or London 


A great opportunity with a leading global insurance company has arisen for a HR professional, early within in their career, to join this great insurance company as a HR Coordinator. You will ideally have a minimum of about 2 years’ experience already in a similar HR position maybe as a HR Administrator and be confident with the on-boarding and off-boarding process as well as dealing with maternity and paternity leave. You will further be expected to meet set SLAs and have a proactive and curious mindset. 

Fundamentally for this position you need to be able to onboard new employees, experience with running background checks and have good Excel skills which include V-lookups and Pivot Tables. 

For the right individual you will be supported with your CIPD qualifications and CII qualifications. Further you will have the opportunity to venture in HR Operations or towards a HR BP position.

We are looking for people with previous experience in an HR administrator or coordinator position, but insurance experience isn’t critical. The key is that they are focused on customer service, are happy working in a fast-paced environment, which includes working to SLAs, are comfortable taking initiative and problem solving and they have a process improvement mindset. Ideally, we would want someone who has worked in a mid-size or large company before, anyone who has only operated in a small organization might struggle.

 

We have up to £33k in the budget.
