Calum is a Senior Consultant with over nine years’ experience in Financial Services recruitment, where he has built a strong track record of partnering with both clients candidates across the market.

He has recently transitioned into the Insurance sector, specialising within the broking space, focusing on connecting top talent with leading firms.

Outside of work, Calum is an avid golfer and lifelong Arsenal fan. He also enjoys dog walking and unwinding watching crime documentaries.

The dedicated broking recruitment team is made up of ex insurance market professionals and experienced recruiters. Our specialism is London market insurance, but we have had success with regional campaigns and international remits when requested to do so. Within our own desks and knowledge base we can look at entry level positions, through technical processing, broking, producing and C–suite positions. When engaging with our clients and candidate pool we have evolved a thorough screening and registration process that is fair, compliant, and fit for purpose. As we are so close to the day-to-day insurance market, both physically and intellectually, we are confident and capable of offering market insight and opinion as well as salary surveys, market mapping and recruitment campaigns.
